01 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bdtok ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bdtok website, mobile interface, games, betting markets, and all associated services available at bdtok.net.

By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the bdtok platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the bdtok platform.

These Terms should be read together with bdtok's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms that may be issued from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotional document, the specific promotional document will prevail in relation to the promotion in question only.

bdtok operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform serving players in Bangladesh. All services are provided in English. The platform, its content, and all communications with players are conducted in the English language.

bdtok reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and without prior notice beyond a reasonable notification to registered players. The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at bdtok.net/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with a change, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 8.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be severed from the remaining Terms, which will continue in full force and effect.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on bdtok, you must meet all of the following criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. This is a non-negotiable minimum requirement. bdtok enforces this restriction without exception, regardless of payment method, device, or access route.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf. Accounts may not be opened by or for companies, trusts, partnerships, or any other legal entity.
• You have not previously had a bdtok account closed or suspended for a violation of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of bdtok or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion agreement with bdtok or any linked gaming platform.
• You have not been diagnosed with, or do not have a current history of, a gambling disorder that has resulted in a formal self-exclusion request through bdtok's responsible gaming tools.

bdtok conducts age and identity verification as part of the account registration and withdrawal processes. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued photo identification document (such as a National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence) to confirm your age and identity. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal capabilities and, ultimately, account closure.

If bdtok identifies that an underage player has registered and used the platform, the account will be closed immediately. Any net winnings will be forfeited. Original deposits may be returned subject to verification of the payment source, in accordance with our anti-fraud procedures.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on bdtok. The registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bdtok will close all but one account at its sole discretion, and any promotional bonuses received across duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact details. The name you register on bdtok must match exactly the name registered on the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account you intend to use for deposits and withdrawals. Mismatched names will cause withdrawal delays pending manual verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. bdtok will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact bdtok support immediately via live chat so that an emergency account lock can be applied.

• One account per person — strictly enforced across all devices and payment methods.
• Accurate registration details — false information will result in account suspension.
• Name matching — the registered name must match the name on your bKash, Nagad, or bank account.
• Credential security — you are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
• Immediate reporting — suspected unauthorised access must be reported to support without delay.

bdtok reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during the account lifecycle, not only at registration. This includes at the point of withdrawal, upon a change of registered details, or where suspicious activity is detected. Failure to cooperate with a verification request is grounds for account suspension.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bdtok are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, and bank transfer via BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Visa and Mastercard may be available subject to periodic review.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. bdtok does not charge a platform fee on deposits. However, your mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash or Nagad) may apply their own standard transaction charges, which are outside bdtok's control.

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your bdtok balance within 30 seconds under standard operating conditions. If a deposit has not appeared in your account balance within 10 minutes, you should contact support via live chat with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal requests are initiated within minutes of submission and are typically received in the player's designated wallet or bank account within 30 minutes during active processing hours. Larger withdrawal amounts, first-time withdrawals, or withdrawals following unusual account activity may be subject to additional verification steps before processing is completed.

bdtok does not accept deposits from third parties. You may only deposit from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

bdtok offers bonuses and promotions to eligible registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the point of offer, which supplement and are read alongside these Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific bonus terms take precedence in relation to that promotion only.

Bonuses are awarded to a single account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. Attempts to claim a bonus more than once through the creation of duplicate accounts constitute a violation of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and potential closure of all associated accounts.

All bonuses carry a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement is the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per promotion) must be wagered before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds can be requested. Wagering requirements and any applicable game contribution rates will be clearly stated in the specific promotion terms.

bdtok reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect existing qualifying players mid-cycle. We also reserve the right to withhold or void any bonus where we have reasonable grounds to believe that the promotion has been exploited or claimed in bad faith.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on bdtok are supplied by certified third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each provider's games operate under their own certified rules and independently audited random number generators. bdtok does not modify or influence game outcomes in any way.

Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are sourced directly from provider certification documents and apply over a statistically significant volume of play. Individual session outcomes will vary. RTP figures are not a guarantee of individual session returns — they describe the statistical expected return over a very large number of rounds.

In the event of a technical malfunction — including server disconnections, software errors, or game client freezes — any affected game rounds will be settled in accordance with the relevant provider's malfunction policy. bdtok's standard position is that a malfunction voids a game round, and the stake for that round will be returned to the player's balance. This applies to all game categories including slots, live casino, crash games, and sports betting markets.

Sports betting odds are set and updated by bdtok's odds management system. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled by the player. Odds are subject to change prior to bet placement; the odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that will be applied to the settled wager.

• All games use independently audited, certified random number generators.
• RTP percentages are sourced from provider certification documents — they describe long-run statistical returns, not session guarantees.
• Technical malfunctions void the affected game round; stakes are returned.
• Confirmed sports bets cannot be cancelled by the player.
• Odds are locked at the moment a bet is confirmed and accepted by the system.

Live casino games are governed by the real-time dealer rules visible on screen during play. In the event of a dispute regarding a live game outcome, the recorded video feed of the session constitutes the definitive record. Players may contact support to request a review of any live game hand or spin where they believe an error has occurred.

07 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the bdtok platform you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms at all times. You accept personal responsibility for all activity conducted through your registered account. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent closure:

• Underage gambling: Attempting to access, register, or use the platform while under 18 years of age.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one bdtok account, whether under your own name or any alias.
• False information: Providing inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent registration or verification details.
• Third-party deposits: Depositing funds from a payment method not registered in your own name.
• Money laundering: Using the bdtok platform to launder, conceal, or move funds derived from unlawful activity. bdtok cooperates fully with relevant authorities in matters relating to financial crime.
• Collusion: Co-ordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or miscalculated odds. Any winnings derived from a known or obvious error are void and will be removed from your balance.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any artificial intelligence tool to play games or place bets on your behalf without bdtok's explicit written consent.
• Abusive conduct: Threatening, harassing, or abusing bdtok support staff or other players through any channel.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with a payment provider after funds have been deposited and used for wagering. Chargebacks are treated as potential fraud and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

bdtok monitors account activity continuously using automated and manual review processes. Accounts identified as engaging in any of the above prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately, and a full review will be conducted. Players will be notified of the outcome of any investigation by email to their registered address.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

bdtok reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account at any time without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where closure is required for operational, legal, or responsible gaming reasons.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests are processed within one business day. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any remaining balance may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach — including fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse — bdtok reserves the right to forfeit the entire balance. Where no material breach is confirmed, the verified balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method.

Following account closure, bdtok will retain your registration and transaction data for a period consistent with applicable data retention obligations. Retained data will be managed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Closed accounts cannot be reopened without a formal reinstatement request reviewed and approved by the bdtok compliance team.
